Backed by over $10 million in insurance, Oil Distributing's program minimizes the generator's liability.
Federal law states that no generator can escape the responsiblity of co-mingling. Basically, once the used oil leaves your facility, it's still your responsibility. So, how does Oil Distributing minimize your liability? Only Oil Distributing tests each load under the 'Standards of Used Management' set forth by the 'The Code of Federal Regulations'. Each load is tested by EPA guidelines - the SW846 testing parameters.
